Using Google Drive
Google Drive comes with options to create documents, presentations, spreadsheets, forms, and drawings. There are also a wide variety of templates and apps that can be easily added to your account.

This is a picture of my Create menu on Drive, showing the basic functions in the left column and apps in the right column.
Logging in
Staff:
Username: first.last
Password: same as email
Student Method #1:
Username: Student ID # (same as their Accelerated Reader Log-In)
Password (birthday): YYYYMMDD
Student Method #2:
Username: first.last####@smusd.org
Password (birthday): YYYYMMDD
Note:
> the #### in the username are the LAST four digits of the student's ID #
> the password must be eight characters long, so March = 03, etc.
> if a student has multiple words in their first and/or last name(s), only the first word is used. For example, Juan Carlos de la Cruz will be juan.de
